CHOOSE THE SMS CAPACITY YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS.

Every paid tier includes the Locksmithy Business operational workspace. The tiers change the monthly subscription price and the monthly carrier SMS-unit allowance.

How SMS limits work. The allowance is measured in carrier SMS units and enforced at the server before a customer SMS is sent. Long or Unicode messages can span multiple carrier segments and therefore consume multiple units. If the remaining allowance cannot fit the next message, that SMS is blocked until the next Melbourne calendar month or until the Site Owner changes the company tier or custom allowance. ServiceM8 Reporting / Collection Follow-up SMS is sent by ServiceM8 and uses the connected ServiceM8 account's own SMS credits, so it does not consume the Locksmithy Mobile Message allowance. T1 includes no customer SMS. T5 is arranged through support with a custom monthly price and custom SMS-unit allowance.

30-DAY TRIAL

Start with the real workflow before paying.

New business workspaces receive a 30-day free trial. Payment can be set up during the trial. If payment is not confirmed after the trial and any configured grace period, business access pauses while stored data is retained.

Monthly billing

Paid subscriptions renew monthly through Square using the tier assigned to the business. Custom and Free Access overrides made by the Site Owner are recorded in the billing history.

Payment failure grace

Where enabled for a business, a short grace period keeps the workspace available while the Account Owner fixes the saved payment method.

Free Access

The Site Owner can place a selected business on Free Access indefinitely or until a nominated date. That decision is logged and can later be returned to paid billing.
